基于马脊梁煤矿近距离煤层14-3#煤层305盘区8505综采工作面过大断面空巷的实际难题,通过对8507面过大断面空巷期间出现问题的反思分析,采用对比法、 细节推理法及实践反推法,得出了合理的过大断面空巷开采方案,并提出过空巷全程管控的施工技术.实践结果表明:采用掘进支护优化、 加固支护优化、 调斜开采、 推进速度控制及全程管控措施5项综合技术,8505面过大断面空巷仅用37h,实现了安全高效过空巷,可为同类条件综采面过大断面空巷提供借鉴经验.%Aiming at the actual difficulty for 8505 fully mechanized working face in close distance 14-3# coal seam, 305 panel of Majiliang Coal Mine, crossing large section abandoned roadway Majiliang Coal Mine, through summary of problems in 8507 face crossing large section roadway, contrast method, detail reasoning method and practice inverse method were applied, a reasonable scheme was obtained, and a whole - process control construction technology for abandoned roadway was proposed. The results show that, with the of 5 integrated technology including optimization of tunneling and reinforcement support, slope-adjusting mining, advance rate control and whole-process control measures, it only took 37h for 8505 working face crossing large section abandoned roadway, the process was safe and high -efficiency.
