对乌兰察布褐煤进行地下气化实验,研究煤炭气化反应过程中气化区上覆岩层温度场变化,并着重关注通道正上方温度变化.结果表明:煤层与顶板交界面处通道正上方温度基本与煤层温度相同,而通道两侧最终温度仅有300℃左右,但在距交界面40cm处二者温度差别不大;在气化通道正上方,交界面上从进气口到出气口快速升温时间段间隔明显,但在距交界面20cm.40cm处,温度变化规律相似;覆岩层温度在竖直方向的扩散要快于在水平方向的扩散;在接近出气口处,高度方向上存在一定的热弥散作用.%The underground gasification experiment of Ulanchap lignite was done,to study the temperature field variation of the overlying strata in the gasification zone during coal gasification reaction,especially the temperature change above the channel.The results show that:the temperature of coal seam and roof interface above the channel is the same to coal seam temperature,and the final temperature of both sides of the channel is only about 300 ℃,while the temperatures are similar at 40cm away from the interface;above the channel rapid heating time period interval of interface from air inlet to outlet is noticeable,but at 20cm and 40cm away from the interface the law of temperature change are similar;the diffusion of overlying strata temperature in the vertical direction is faster than that in the horizontal direction;near the outlet,there is a certain degree of thermal dispersion in the height direction.
