煤气化水处理系统节能降耗分析及适用技术探讨

         

摘要

根据介质温度、压力随工艺流程的变化情况,对渣及灰水处理系统的节能降耗潜力做了分析,并对可回收的能量及回收方式进行了探讨,分析结果表明:渣及灰水处理系统可采用液力透平、螺杆膨胀机及有机朗肯循环联合工艺等技术回收能量;计算结果表明:单系列日投煤量2 000 t气流床气化炉每年可以节省电费568万元~724万元,同时可节省新鲜水12万t~15万t,具有良好的经济潜力.%According to the change of medium temperature and pressure with the process flow,the potential of energy saving and consumption reduction for slag and gray water treatment system was analyzed,and the recoverable energy and recovery mode were discussed.The analysis results showed that slag and gray water treatment system may be possible to recycle energy by adopting hydraulic turbine,screw expander and organic Rankine cycle combined technology.And the calculation results showed that single series 2 000 ton gasifier could save electricity fee of 5.68 million yuan to 7.24 million yuan per year,and save 120 thousand ton-150 thousand ton of fresh water at the same time,which had good economic potential.
