血清CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of CEA, CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA, CA153 and CYFRA21-1 were detected by electro-chemical luminescence method in 54 patients with breast cancer (breast cancer group), 38 patients with breast benign disease (breast benign disease) and 40 healthy women (healthy control group). Results The levels and expression rates of serum CEA,CA153 and CYFRA21-1, and expression rate of the combined detection in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast disease group and healthy group, and the differences were significant ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The sensitivity of combined detection was 85.2％, and the sensitivity of CEA, CA153 and CYFRA21-1 was 37.0％, 64.8％, and 59.2％ respectively, and the differences were significant between combined detection and single detection of CEA, CA153 and CYFRA2H(P＜0.05). Conclusion The combined determination of serum CEA, CA153 and CYFRA21-1 can increase the succuss rate of diagnosis of breast cancer and the early combined detection is valuable.%目的 探讨联合检测血清CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1对乳腺癌的临床诊断价值.方法 采用电化学发光技术(CLIA)检测乳腺癌54例(乳腺癌组)、乳腺良性疾病38例(乳腺良性疾病组)及同期健康体检正常的40例(健康对照组)血清CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1水平,并进行比较分析.结果 乳腺癌组血清CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1水平、阳性率及3项联合检测的阳性率均高于健康对照组及乳腺良性疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌组CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1单项检测的敏感性分别为37.0%、64.8%、59.2%,三项联合检测的敏感性为85.2%,CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1单独检测与三项联合检测的敏感性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 联合检测血清CEA、CA153和CYFRA21-1可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性,对乳腺癌的早期诊断有十分重要的价值.
