眼科手术后眼内炎临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the treatment and preventative measures of postoperative endophthalmitis (POE).Methods Clinical data of 4 patients with postoperative endophthalmitis during January 2011 and December 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results POE occured in 2 eyes of cataract surgery,there were suppurative endophthalmitis and phacoanaphylactic endophthalmitis respectively; POE occurred in 2 eyes of anti-glaucoma surgery,and both were colatus bubble form change of secondary infection in advanced stage.The 3 patients underwent vitrectomy,and postoperative visual acuities improved to various degrees.The other patient received evisceration therapy.Conclusion Postoperative endophthalmitis is a serious complication of ophthalmologic operation.Clinicians should diagnose and treat it as early as possible in order to restore the patients'visual function.%目的 探讨手术后眼内炎(postoperative endophthalmitis,POE)的治疗方法及预防措施.方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月—2012年12月收治的4例POE的临床资料.结果 本组发生于白内障术后2例,分别为化脓性眼内炎和晶状体过敏性眼内炎；抗青光眼术后2例,均为晚期滤过泡囊样改变继发感染.3例行玻璃体切割术,术后视力均有不同程度提高；1例行眼内容摘除术.结论 POE是眼部手术严重的并发症,及早发现、及时处理能不同程度挽救患者的视功能.
