目的探讨长沙市高等医学院校女生发生不明原因晕厥的影响因素。方法选择长沙市两所全日制高等医学院校的女生进行现场问卷调查，分析影响晕厥发生的主要因素。结果本调查共随机发放问卷1466份，收集有效问卷1440份，问卷回收率为98.2%。本组年龄15~23(19.5±3.2)岁，中专女生晕厥阳性率明显高于大专与本科女生(P<0.05)；15~17岁年龄段晕厥阳性率明显高于18~20岁、21~24岁年龄段，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晕厥发生率与父母婚姻状况(和睦、一般、差)呈反向平行关系(P<0.05)，焦虑频率与晕厥发生呈正向平行关系(P<0.05)，有贫血史者较无贫血史者晕厥发生率高(P<0.05)。结论长沙市高等医学院校女生晕厥发生的主要因素有年龄、学历、父母婚烟状况、父母晕厥史、个人焦虑情况及贫血史等。%Objective To discuss influence factors of female students with unexplained syncope in higher medical colleges and universities in Changsha. Methods Female students from two full-time medical colleges and universities in Changsha filled in the site questionnaires, and the main factors influencing the syncope occurrence were analyzed. Resultsissued total of 1466 copies of questionnaires were filled in, and the effective questionnaires were 1440 copies, and coefficient of recovery was 98. 2%. The age was 15-23 years old (19. 5±3. 2), and the positive rate of syncope in female students in secondary high school was significantly higher than those in the colleges and undergraduates (P<0. 05);the positive rate of syncope in 15-17 age group was significantly higher than those in 18-20 and 21-24 age groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The incidence rate of syncope was antiparallel with their parents’ marital status (harmo-ny, common and poor, P<0. 05);anxiety frequency was parallel with the incidence rate of syncope (P<0. 05); the inci-dence rate of syncope in students with anemia history was higher than that without anemia background (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion The main factors influencing the syncope are age, parents’marital status educational background, syncope history of their parents, personal history of anxiety and anemia in female students in higher medical colleges and universities in Changsha.
