Objective To study clinical effect of internal and external approach of triceps brachii combined with open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods A total of 108 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture admitted during January 2010 and May 2016 were divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=48) according to surgical methods.Observation group was treated with internal and external approach of triceps brachii combined with open reduction and internal fixation based on regular treatment, while control group was treated with olecranon process of ulna osteotomy combined with open reduction and internal fixation based on regular treatment.Operative process, incidence of postoperative complication, curative effect and elbow joint functional score of affected side were compared in two groups.Results Compared with those in control group, in observation group, values of operative time, intraoperative blood loss volume, hospitalization time and incidence rate complication were decreased;total efficiency rate (93.33%), affected elbow joint functional scores in postoperative 2 months and 4 months were increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Internal and external approach of triceps brachii combined with open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture has lower incidence rate of postoperative complications, quicker recovery in early period and better clinical effect.%目的 探讨肱三头肌内外侧联合入路切开复位内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床效果.方法 选取我科2010年1月-2016年5月收治的肱骨髁间骨折108例,按照手术方式随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(48例).观察组采用肱三头肌内外侧联合入路切开复位内固定及常规治疗,对照组采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路切开复位内固定及常规治疗,比较两组手术与术后并发症发生情况、临床效果及患侧肘关节功能评分.结果 与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症的发生率均降低,总有效率(93.33%)、术后2个月及术后4个月患侧肘关节功能评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肱三头肌内外侧联合入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折术后并发症少,早期恢复快,临床效果较好.
