Objective To explore the clinical effect of urethral dilatation by pediatric cystoscope for children with urethral stricture. Methods 100 cases of children with urethral stricture admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy, while the observation group was treated with urethral dilatation by pediatric cystoscope. The curative effects, intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%, significantly higher than 78%of the control group (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Urethral dilatation by pediatric cystoscope for the treatment of children with urethral stricture has significant effect, with small trauma and fast postoperative recovery.%目的 探讨小儿尿道狭窄应用小儿尿道膀胱镜扩张的临床疗效. 方法 收集我院在2014年2月至2015年2月间收治的100例小儿尿道狭窄患儿作为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组各50例. 对照组患儿使用常规方法治疗, 观察组患儿使用小儿尿道膀胱镜扩张治疗, 观察两组患儿的治疗效果、 术中出血量以及住院时间. 结果 观察组治疗总有效率为98%, 显著高于对照组的78%, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 观察组术中出血量以及住院时间均显著少于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 采用小儿尿道膀胱镜扩张治疗尿道狭窄患儿具有显著的临床效果, 且具有创伤小、 术后恢复快的特点.
