FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: urethroplasty in children with proximal forms of hypospadia is performed. To replace urethra defect used is implant from substrate of gelatine sponge biomatrix with cultivated on one of its sides allogenic mesenchymal stromal human cells in concentration not less than 0.10.1·105 cell/cm2, on the other - suspension of autologous keratinocytes in concentration 2·105 cell/cm2. U-shaped cut, bounding meatus hole, is made on ventral surface of scrotum in region without hair follicles. Distal ends of cut correspond to penoscrotal angle. Mobilisation of soft tissues deep to erectile tissue of own urethra without opening tunica albuginea is realised. Urethral catheter 10Ch is installed. Rectangular flap of implant is laid with keratinocytes towards catheter and fixed with interrupted sutures. Soft tissues are sutured above artificial urethra. Pressure bandage is applied on perineum for 24 hours.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore urethra defect, minimised risk of postoperative complications due to application of cell implant.;10 dwg, 3 ex
