目的：探讨经皮微创空心钉张力带治疗髌骨C型骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年1月收治的髌骨C型骨折患者200例，随机分为两组各100例。观察组患者采用经皮微创空心钉张力带治疗，对照组采用传统空心钉张力带治疗。观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间，并比较两组膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的膝关节功能优良率为93.0%，显著优于对照组的67.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮微创空心钉张力带治疗髌骨C型骨折临床疗效显著，而且术中出血量少，值得临床推广和应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous cannulated screw tension band in the treatment of patella type C fractures. Methods 200 patients with patella type C fractures treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was given minimally invasive percutaneous cannulated screw tension band for treating, the control group was given traditional cannulated screw tension band. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and healing time of fracture were observed, the recovery of knee joint function of two groups was compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and healing time of fracture in observation group were significantly less than those in control group;the excellent and good rate of observation group was 93.0%, significantly higher than 67.0%of control group;all the difference was statistical (P<0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous cannulated screw tension band has significant effect in the treatment of patella type C fractures, and has less bleeding volume during operation, which is worthy of promotion and application.
