空心钉张力带微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cannulated screw and tension band of minimally inva -sive treatment of patellar fracture.Methods Sixty patients with patellar fracture were randomly divided into observation group and con -trol group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group used cannulated screw and tension with minimally invasive treatment and the control group used Kirschner wire and tension band for the treatment ,and the treatment results were compared .Results The opera-tion time and fracture healing time of the two groups had no significant difference ( P >0.05).The blood loss volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group ( P <0.01);in the observation group,the excellent and good rate was 93.4%,higher than 70.0% of the control group( P <0.05);complication rate between the two groups had no difference of statistical significance ( P >0.05).Conclusion Cannulated screw and tension band of minimally invasive treatment of patella fracture is effective and safe with less complications and quick recovery and is worthy of clinical application .%目的：探讨空心钉张力带微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法将60例髌骨骨折患者随机分为两组，各30例。观察组采用空心钉张力带微创治疗，对照组采用克氏针张力带治疗，对比两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者手术时间和骨折愈合时间比较差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05），观察组术中出血量少于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组优良率为93．3％，高于对照组的70．0％（ P ＜0．05）；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论空心钉张力带微创治疗髌骨骨折效果显著，其固定牢固、并发症少、安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
