目的：观察宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者行宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月在福建省立医院治疗并确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变患者30例(CINⅠ级14例， CINⅡ级13例， CINⅢ级3例)为观察组，采用LEEP术治疗，随机选取同期健康孕妇30例为对照组，比较分析两组的妊娠结局。结果观察组30例患者均成功受孕，两组仅早产发生率差异显著(P＜0.05)，胎膜早破、剖宫产、低体重儿和流产率等其余妊娠结局指标比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论 LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变是一种安全有效的手术方法。 LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变，对受孕率无影响，除早产发生率有所增加外，对流产率等其余妊娠结局指标无显著影响。%Objective To observe the effect of loop electrical excision procedure (LEEP) on pregnancy outcomes of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods 30 patients diagnosed as CIN in Fujian provincial hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were set as observation group, with CINⅠin 14 cases, CINⅡin 13 cases and CINⅢin 3 cases. The observation group was treated with LEEP. 30 healthy pregnant woman admitted to the hospital in same period were set as control group. The pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups. Results 30 patients in observation group were all successful pregnant. Only the incidence of premature birth in two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05), but pregnancy outcomes such as premature rupture of membranes, caesarean section, infant of low-birth weight and abortion in two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions LEEP is a safe and effective treatment method for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. LEEP has no significant effect on pregnancy rates and pregnancy outcomes such as abortion rate apart from an increase of premature birth in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
