辛伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察辛伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病（CHD）合并糖尿病（DM）患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年10月至2015年8月期间收治的CHD合并DM患者120例，随机分为两组各60例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用辛伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗，比较两组患者的心绞痛发生情况、心功能改善情况以及血脂。结果三个月的治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为91.67%，显著高于对照组的73.33%（P<0.05）；治疗组的心绞痛发生频率为（2.24±0.43）次/周，显著低于对照组的（3.65±0.68）次/周；治疗组患者的血脂水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论采用辛伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗CHD合并DM的患者可有效降低血脂水平，降低心绞痛发作次数，增加心功能改善的程度，值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of simvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 for the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods A total of 120 cases of CHD patients complicated with DM admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine therapy, while the treatment group received simvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 therapy on the basis of routine therapy. The occurrence of angina, improvement of cardiac function and blood lipids were compared between two groups. Results After 3 months of therapy, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, significantly higher than 73.33%of control group (P<0.05);The frequency of angina of treatment group was (2.24 ± 0.43) times a week, significantly lower than (3.65 ± 0.68) times a week of control group (P<0.05);The blood lipids of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The therapy of simvastatin combined with coenzyme Q10 for CHD patients complicated with DM can effectively reduce patients' blood lipids levels, lower the frequency of angina attack, and increase the improvement degree of cardiac function.
