复方苦参注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨复方苦参注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量的影响.方法 78例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为复方苦参注射液观察组和对照组,两组同时进行紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)方案化疗,每21天为1周期,共化疗4个周期,观察组化疗同时静脉滴注复方苦参注射液,对照组化疗不加用该药.结果 观察组治疗4个周期后整体生活质量评分和5种功能状态(躯体、角色、情绪、认知、社会)的评分比治疗前和对照组显著增加(P<0.01).观察组全身症状(乏力、疼痛)及肺癌相关症状(咳嗽、咯血、气短)的评分均较治疗前和对照组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 复方苦参注射液可改善晚期NSCLC患者生活质量,降低化疗药物的不良反应.%Objective To investigate the influence of the matrine injection on the quality of life of the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 78 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and comparison group. Both groups proceeded the TP chemotherapy at the same time for four periods of treatment in total (1 period per 21 days). The patients of observation group were treated by both intravenous injection using the matrine injection and chemotherapy,while those of comparison group were only treated by chemotherapy without using the matrine. Results After four periods of treatment,the mean scores for five functional status (physical,role,emotional,cognitive,societal) and the quality of life of the patients in observation group increased significantly than those before treatment and control group( P <0. 01). The mean score of observation group in two systemic symptoms (fatigue, pain) and lung cancer symptoms (cough, hemoptysis, shortness of breath) decreased than those before treatment and control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The matrine injection can improve the quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
