Narrowing the three gaps and promoting common prosperity is a distinct theme in period of twelfth five-year plans.In China,Chongqing first proposed the ＂narrow three gap and promote common prosperity＂,and proposed the ＂twelve articles of common prosperity%缩小＂三个差距＂、促进共同富裕是我国＂十二五＂时期的鲜明主题。重庆市在全国率先提出＂缩小三个差距、促进共同富裕＂,提出了＂共同富裕十二条＂。其中的每一条皆可从经济学、政治学、社会学、管理学、心理学等学科找到对应的理论支撑。对＂共同富裕十二条＂进行学理阐述,并从中获取智慧,是升华提炼重庆实践的必然要求,于全国也将产生示范意涵。
