25例糖耐量异常合并OSAHS孕妇雌三醇和孕酮水平研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the level of progestogen in impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) pregnant women combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Twenty-five IGT pregnant women combined with OSAHS (IGT+OSAHS group)and thirty-five IGT pregnant womenOGT group) were randomly selected to record all night polysomnogra-phy(PSG) ,and recorded apnea hypopnea index(AHI) and LSpO2. The levels of estriol and progesterone were measured. Results Compared with IGT group, AHI and decreased and LSpO2 increased significantly in IGT+OSAHS group. The levels of estriol and progesterone in IGT+OSAHS group were not significantly different with IGT group (P>0. 05). Conclusion The level of progestogen in IGT pregnancy women combined with OSAHS is not related to pathogenesis of OSAHS.%目的 探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并糖耐量异常(IGT)孕妇雌三醇和孕酮水平.方法 选择OSAHS合并IGT孕妇25例(IGT+OSAHS组),单纯IGT孕妇35例(IGT组),对两组患者进行多导睡眠监测,监测呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSpO2),并测定比较雌三醇、孕酮水平.结果 与IGT组相比,IGT+OSAHS组AHI明显升高,而LSpO2明显降低(P<0.05);两组患者雌三醇、孕酮比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 IGT孕妇其OSAHS的发生可能与雌三醇和孕酮水平无关.
