红花注射液对冠心病患者冠脉血流、抗氧化能力及脂质代谢的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨红花注射液对冠心病患者冠脉血流、抗氧化能力及脂质代谢的影响.方法 选取2009年11月至2011年12月于该院进行治疗的70例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例,对照组进行常规用药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用红花注射液,然后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4周的冠脉血流指标、抗氧化能力指标及血脂指标进行检测及比较.结果 观察组治疗后2、4周的收缩期峰流速(SPV)、舒张期峰流速(DPV)、时间速度积分(CTVI)及冠脉血流储备(CFVR)均大于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化力(TAC)高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)低于对照组,三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05).结论 红花注射液对冠心病患者冠脉血流、抗氧化能力及脂质代谢的影响较大.%Objective To study the influence of safflower injection for the coronary blood flow,antioxidant ability and lipid metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group, the control group were treated with conventional medicine,the observation group were treated with safflower injection based on the conventional medicine,then the coronary blood flow,antioxidant ability and lipid metabolism of two groups before and after the treatment at second and forth week were detected and compared. Results The systolic peak velocity(SPV) ,diastolic peak velocity( DPV) , time velocity integral (CTVI) and coronary flow reserve(CFVR) of observation group after the treatment at second and forth week were all higher than those of control group,the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) were all higher than those of control group, malondialdehyde (MDA) and myeloperoxidase(MPO) were all lower than those of control group, triacylg-lycerol (TG) , total cholesterol (TO and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were all lower than those of control group,high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and Apolipoprotein A (Apo-A) were higher than those of control group,there were all significant differences ( all P<0. 05). Conclusion The influence of safflower injection for the coronary blood flow, antioxidant ability and lipid metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease is obvious.
