目的 评价术后放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗高级别胶质瘤的近期临床疗效及安全性.方法 将54例接受手术治疗的高级别脑胶质瘤患者分为对照组(n=27)、联合治疗组(n=27).对照组患者术后行三维适形放疗,总剂量60 Gy;联合治疗组患者行三维适形放疗的同时口服替莫唑胺75 mg/(m2联合治疗组的总有效率为77.78%(21/27),对照组的总有效率为44.44%(12/27),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).联合治疗组患者毒性反应较对照组多见,经对症治疗,可获得缓解.结论 术后放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗治疗高级别胶质瘤有较好的近期临床效果.%Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy and safety of postoperative radiotherapy combined with temo -zolomide chemotherapy in treating high-grade gliomas .Methods Fifty-four patients with high-grade gliomas who had accepted surgical treatment were divided into control group (n= 27) and combination treatment group (n= 27) .Patients in the control group were subjected to three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with total dose of 60 Gy after operation ,while patients in the combination treatment group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and simultaneous temozolomide[75 mg/(m2·d), administered orally].The complete blood count ,hepatic and renal function of all patients in both group were monitored .Results The total effective rate in the combination treatment group was 77 .78% (21 /27 ),which was 44 .44% (12/27) in the control group.Difference between the two groups was statistical significance (Ρ<0.05) .Compared with the control group ,treatment toxicities in the combination treatment group were more common .Remission could be achieved after symptomatic treatment .Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy combined with temozolomide chemotherapy for high-grade gliomas has good short-term clinical efficacy .
