重庆文理学院健美操公共课程师资现状分析

摘要

Teachers are the leaders of teaching,and the person,who control the rights and the choice of education,while the students are passive to choose the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching mode.As a result,the quality and quantity of teaching staff will directly influence the choice of the teaching content and the teaching results.%教师是教学的主导者,是在教育权或者说教育选择权上掌握主动的一方,而学生在选择教学内容,包括教学方法和教学模式上是被动的.因此,教师师资的配备、素质与能力的高低,会直接影响教学内容的选择和教学成效的好坏.
