The planning of university development should follow certain professional mode to construct and de -velop,to make the planning better serve for the university development .The problems in the professionalism of planning staff are the sufficient understanding of professionalism of planning , low professionalism discipline ,limited professionalism practice in the whole planning process , no professionalism communication platform , and so on .As a result, the professionalism acknowledgment of university developing and planning for the staff should be deepened and related knowledge storage and technology level should be strengthened .The management should be extended , the practice should be accessed , the communication in the field should be enhanced , the research work in theory and technology should be strengthened , in order to train a series of talents of the university developing and planning in theory and technology .%大学发展规划应当遵循一定的专业模式来建设和发展，以使规划更好地服务于大学发展。大学发展规划人员专业化主要存在对规划的专业性认识不足、专业修养亟待提高、贯穿规划全程的专业实践有限、专业交流平台欠缺等问题。因此，需深化规划人员对大学发展规划的专业性认同，提升规划人员的相关知识储备与技术水平，拓展规划人员在大学发展规划实施管理与评估领域的实践，增进规划人员在规划领域的专业交流，加强规划理论与技术的研究工作，着力培养一批大学发展规划方向的理论与技术人才。
