企业视角下的校企合作项目式实习制度--中高职衔接模式中的学生实习调查报告

The access of company internship opportunity for the medium and high vocational students will be the preparation for the future employment , and also promote them employment quality .To gain the opportunity of company internship will depend on the company ’ s willingness to cooperate .Through the investigation and analysis of the students ’ internship in the medium and high vocation cohesion pattern , from the perspective of entrepre-neurs, what the company should do was examined , and the implementation of internship of vocational students ’ project system was analyzed .%中高职学生在校期间若能够获得企业实习机会，可为今后投入职场做准备，提升自身就业质量。实习机会的获取需视企业的配合意愿，对中高职衔接模式中的学生实习进行调查分析，旨在以企业者的视角检视企业实习应有的做法，探讨职校学生项目式实习制度的推行。
