The main achievements of local college are focusing on the constructing and identifying the collabo-rative innovation provincial center during the process of collaborative innovation,intensifying the construction of collaborative innovation bases of conjunctive industry cluster in local college continuously,developing the construc-tion of significant science and technology platform in local colleges. However,during the process of collaborative innovation,scientific research management mechanism in local colleges still have the problems of incomplete distri-bution mechanism of scientific resources,incomplete mechanism of personnel management,deviation of scientific research evaluation mechanism,entangled mechanism of scientific and research achievements,unformed mecha-nism of the integration between scientific research and intelligent cultivation,we should intensify the construction of scientific research management mechanism in local colleges through siX methods,that is,creating integrated mech-anism of technical resources in colleges,completing the mechanism of personnel management,eXploring and con-structing colleges scientific research evaluation mechanism which leading by innovative quality and devotion,con-structing collaboration mechanism between intelligent cultivation and scientific research,improving the transforming mechanism of scientific research achievements and technology,intensifying the reasonable management mechanism of research funds in colleges.%地方高校在协同创新过程中，主要是开展省级协同创新中心的筹建与认定，持续深化对接产业集群的协同创新基地建设，大力开展重大科技平台建设。但是，在协同创新过程中，地方高校的科研管理仍存在科技资源配置机制尚不完善、人事管理体制机制尚不健全、科研评价机制存在偏差、科技成果转化机制尚未理顺、科学研究与人才培养相结合的机制尚未形成等问题。应从建立科技资源整合机制、完善科研人事管理机制、创新科研成果评价机制、健全人才培养与科学研究的协同机制、强化成果转化和技术转移机制、革新科研经费的科学管理机制等6个方面，深化地方高校科研管理机制建设。
