听障儿童嗓音与言语呼吸能力的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To verify if there is correlation between voice and speech breathing capacity of hearingimpaired children. Methods Twenty samples were selected respectively from 3 to 6 years old hearing-impaired children and healthy children. The objective assessments of voice and speech breathing were conducted.Results In comparison with normal hearing children, the hearing-impaired children have the problem of high pitch, low intensity, harsh voice and lack of breathing support; hearing-impaired children's breath function has a strong correlation with intensity, some correlation of sound quality, and no significant correlation with tone.Conclusion There is some correlation between the hearing-impaired children's verbal breathing ability and part of the voice. Children with low intensity and harsh voice could be considered to strengthen the training of their respiratory function.%目的 探讨听障儿童的嗓音和言语呼吸能力是否存在相关性.方法 选取3~6岁听障儿童和健听儿童各20名,进行嗓音和言语呼吸能力客观评估,分析两组儿童存在的嗓音及呼吸问题,并对听障儿童嗓音与呼吸能力的相关性进行分析.结果 听障儿童较健听儿童而言,存在嗓音音调过高、响度过低、音质粗糙,呼吸支持不足等问题;听障儿童的呼吸功能与响度有较强相关性(r=0.696,P<0.01),与音质有一定相关性(P>0.05),而与音调无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论 听障儿童的言语呼吸能力与嗓音的部分维度存在一定相关性,对于响度过低、音质粗糙的听障儿童,可考虑加强呼吸功能训练.
