临床药师参与干预经皮冠状动脉介入术围手术期合理应用抗菌药物成效分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effects of using preventive antibiotics in patients underwent percuta-neous coronary intervention (PCI) in perioperative period, with preach of rational drug use and suitable administrative intervention by ward round of clinical pharmacists. Methods The perioperative rational use of preventative medica-tion in discharged patients, who underwent PCI between March 2011 and May 2012 (pre-intervention group, n=40), and between October 2012 and December 2013 (intervention group, n=40), were evaluated. Results After the inter-vention, the proportion of using preventative antibiotics, and average costs of antibiotics, medicine and hospitalization in perioperative period of PCI were significantly reduced. Conclusion Intervention is feasible and effective to pro-mote rational use of antibiotics in perioperative period.%目的：评价临床药师查房并进行合理用药宣讲与适当行政干预相结合的方式对于规范经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的效果。方法对2011年3月至2012年5月（干预前组，40例）和2012年10月至2013年12月（干预组，87例）行PCI术的出院病例的围手术期预防用药合理性给予评价。结果干预后PCI术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物比例、人均抗菌药物费用、人均药品费用和人均住院总费用均明显降低。结论临床药师查房与行政干预结合对促进围手术期抗菌药物合理应用具有一定的可行性及有效性。
