促红细胞生成素促脑血管新生机制研究进展

         

摘要

促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)是一种糖蛋白激素,是哺乳动物调节红细胞生成所必需的体液性生长因子.新近研究表明EPO具有神经保护和修复功能,其发挥脑保护效应有两条路径: 即神经保护和血管新生.该文主要综述了EPO的血管新生效应和机制:EPO能够通过血脑屏障(BBB);EPO促进脑血管新生,效应与VEGF相当,但不增加BBB通透性;EPO动员骨髓内皮祖细胞到外周循环,促进内皮细胞增殖、迁移和管样结构形成,促进新生血管成熟为功能血管;EPO分泌具有可调控性.%Erythropoietin, hormone produced by the kidney,plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells by the bone marrow. However, recent studies indicate that EPO also has neuroprotective and repair functions of the brain; it has two paths:nerve protection and angiogenesis. In this paper, pro-angiogenesis effects and its mechanisms of EPO are reviewed :EPO can cross blood-brain barrier ( BBB ); EPO and VEGF exhibit equal angiogenic potential , but prevents the increase in blood -brain barrier permeability induced by VEGF; EPO can promote endothelial progenitor from marrow to peripheral circulation and enhence en dothelial cell proliferation, migration and blood vessel formation and maturation ;EPO secretion can be induced.
