目的:了解“院帮院”服务形式对“优质护理服务示范工程”活动在重庆市二级医院中推广的作用.方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对走访的川渝地区11所医院、106个病房,1082名护士进行帮扶前、后问卷调查和分析.结果:帮扶前、后对比显示,11所医院共增加护士852名,病房排班模式采用个人包干或小组责任制整体护理工作模式的病房比例由37.74％增加到72.64％；护士护理文书书写时间由帮扶前2.25±0.57小时/(人·天)缩短到帮扶后1.21±0.68小时/(人·天),护士健康宣教用时由帮扶前0.56±0.34小时/(人·天)增加到帮扶后2.61±0.97小时/(人·天),两项数据前、后对比差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:“院帮院”形式对“优质护理服务示范工程”活动在重庆市二级医院中的推广有明显成效.%Objective: To analyze the demonstration effect of "Hospital Help Hospital" in high-quality care service in the Secondary Grade hospitals in Chongqing. Methods: We investigated 11 hospitals,106 wards, and 1082 nurses in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City by self-designed questionnaire before and after "Hospital Help Hospital". Results: After "Hospital Help Hospital", 852 nurses in 11 hospitals was recruited. The proportion of the primary nursing care model wards increased from 37.74% to 72.64%. The writing time of nursing records decreased from 2.25 ± 0.57 to 1.21 ± 0.68 hours per person per day while health education time increased from 0.56 ± 0.34 to 2.61 ± 0.97 hours per person per day. Both statistic data had significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of "Hospital Help Hospital" in high-quality care service was distinct in the Secondary Grade hospitals in Chongqing.
