Objective:To investigate the status of correspondence of potencyscale of nursing staff in high-quality nursing service demonstrating ward in tertiary general hospitals of Shandong province, and provide reference for constructing ability level system of nurses. Methods:A total of 546 nurses of high-quality nursing service demonstrating ward from 6 tertiary general hospitals were investigated with a questionnaire. Results:Clinical nursing work was completed mainly by associate degree nurses, primary professional title nurses and length of service 1-3 years nurses in high-quality nursing service demonstrating' ward. Night nursing work was completed mainly by associate degree nurses, nurses with primary professional title and length of service 1-3 years. The work items in which various levels of nurses engaged were significantly different (P>0.001), but all clinical nurses in different professional titles were engaged in all work items.Conclusion:The standards and responsibilities of various levels of nurses were not clear. The nursing administrators should construct reasonable correspondence of potencyscale of nursing staff in high-quality nursing service demonstrating ward, to make full use of a nursing staff maximum potential and improve the quality of nursing service.%目的:调查山东省三级综合性医院优质护理服务示范病房不同学历、职称、工作年限护理人员工作现状.方法:采用间卷调查法,对山东省6所三级医院优质护理服务示范病房546名护士工作现状进行调查.结果:优质护理服务示范病房护理工作的主力是大专学历、初级职称及工作年限1~3年的护士,夜班护理工作主要由大专学历、护士职称及工作年限1~3年的护士承担;不同学历、职称、工作年限护士从事各护理项目有所侧重差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),但均从事所有工作项目.结论:不同学历、职称、工作年限护士任职标准、岗位职责不明确,应构建合理的优质护理服务示范病房护理人员能级体系,确保护理质量的持续改进.
