POSSIBILITIES OF USING A MULTIFUNCTIONAL SYSTEM OF SANOGENETIC MONITORING TO PERFORM A PHYSIOLOGICAL AND HYGIENIC SURVEY OF DIFFERENT WORK-STATUS PERSONNEL AT NUCLEAR SHIPBUILDING ENTERPRISES
1. The checkup of SMBE "Zvezdochka" workers (Severodvinsk-town) performed using the method of sanogenetic monitoring has demonstrated the following. Highest stresses in functioning of health-protective systems are recorded in the metabolism regulation systems having catabolitic trend that, in its turn, results in functional stresses within the disintoxication system. 2. The results obtained regarding functional sufficiency of cardiac, vascular, respiratory and psychomotor systems using the sanogenetic monitoring method allow a definite conclusion that, among the above-mentioned risk factors of the working environment, the effects of microclimate characteristics stand out exerting the largest impact on the professional group of "mounters and pipeliners". 3. The compatibility of LCS deviations in regulation of the metabolism processes with rather favorable dynamic characteristics in other sanogenesis systems makes it possible to place the recorded metabolism-regulation type into an adaptive-sufficient category. 4. The sanogenetic monitoring is a noninvasive method that does not require additional materials or reagents and seems to be a rather economical, fast, automated, and standardized procedure.
