临床护理人员深静脉血栓形成相关知识水平及培训需求的调查分析

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the cognitive status and training needs of Deep Vein Thrombosis formation among clinical nurses. Methods:Totally 237 clinical nurses were investigated about related knowledge and training needs of Deep Vein Thrombosis formation by a questionnaire in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Beijing. Results:①The mean score of related knowledge about etiology, pathology, clinical manifestation, treatment and nursing care of Deep Vein Thrombosis formation among clinical nurses was in a moderate level;②About 227 nurses (95.8%) thought that it was necessary to carry out targeted clinical training about Deep Vein Thrombosis formation. Conclusion:Nurses' cognitive level of Deep Vein Thrombosis formation need to be improved. Nursing managers should conduct targeted and diverse training programs for clinical nurses according to evidence-based nursing principles.%目的：调查临床护理人员对深静脉血栓形成的相关知识水平和培训需求。方法：对北京市某三级甲等医院237名临床一线护理人员进行深静脉血栓形成相关知识水平及培训需求的问卷调查。结果：①护理人员对深静脉血栓形成的病因病理、临床表现及治疗护理的认知均处于中等水平；②227名（95.8%）护理人员认为非常有必要对临床护理人员开展有针对性的深静脉血栓形成相关培训。结论：护理人员对深静脉血栓形成的认知水平亟待提高，护理管理者应该依据循证护理原则，对护理人员开展多样化、有针对性的培训。
