教练型领导感知评价量表的汉化和信度效度检验

         

摘要

目的:对教练型领导感知评价量表(Coaching Leadership Perception Assessment Scale,CLPAS)进行翻译和信度、效度检测,构建适合测评我国临床护士长教练型领导行为的有效工具.方法:经准备、翻译、文化调试、性能评价后最终形成中文版的CLPAS.以124名临床护士长为研究对象,采用中文版CLPAS对其进行调查,以检验问卷的信度和效度.结果:中文版CLPAS总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.940,各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.867 ~ 0.874.经过探索性因子分析最后形成“沟通”“给予并接受反馈”“授权并施加影响力”“支持团队实现组织目标”4个维度,共20个条目,累计方差贡献率为68.471%.中文版CLPAS的内容效度(CVI)为0.98,各维度间的相关系数为0.514 ~ 0.711,各维度与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.826 ~0.870,且均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:中文版CLPAS有较好的信度和效度,可作为测量临床护士长教练型领导行为的评估工具.%Objective:To translate the English version of Coaching Leadership Perception Assessment Scale (CLPAS) into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Prepared,translated and adapted CLPAS in Chinese culture.The Chinese version CLPAS was tested in 124 head nurses.Results:The Chinese version of CLPAS consisted of 20 items.Four factors were extracted by factor analysis which could explain 68.471% of the total variance.The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.940 for the total scale and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each factor ranged from 0.867-0.874.The content validity index was 0.98.The correlation coefficient between each dimension score ranged from 0.514 to 0.711 and the correlation coefficient between each dimension score and the total score ranged from 0.826-0.870.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CLPAS is reliable and valid,and can be used to assess coaching leadership behavior of head nurses.
