精神分裂症住院患者社交技能训练效果的初步评估

         

摘要

Objective: To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of social skills training for inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods: Thirty-two stable inpatients with schizophrenia, who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) for schizophrenia, were trained with the self-developed manual of social skills training for 12 sessions in 4 weeks and followed up for 6 months after training. The Social Skills Checklist (SSC) and Social Adaptive Functioning Evaluation (SAFE) were assessed before the training, at the end of the training, and 3 and 6 months after the end of training. Results: Compared to the baseline, total scores of both SSC and SAFE were significantly declined at the rating points of the end of training, 3 months and 6 months after training. In the 3 rating points above, the numbers of items which were significantly declined were 8, 11 and 10 items out of 12 items of SSC respectively, and were 7, 14 and 16 items out of 19 items of SAFE (Ps <0. 01 ) . Conclusion: With the self-developed manual of social skills training, the social skills and social adaptive function of stable inpatients with schizophrenia can be significantly improved and last for 6 months.%目的:评估精神分裂症住院患者社交技能训练的效果.方法:应用自行编制的社交技能训练手册,对32位符合国际疾病和相关健康问题第10版(International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems.Tenth Revision,ICD.10)精神分裂症诊断标准的稳定期住院患者实施12次训练,为期4周,随访6个月.分别于训练前、训练结束时、训练后3个月和6个月评定社交技能量表(Social Skills Checklist,SSC)和社会适应能力评定量表(Social Adaptive Functioning Evaluation,SAFE).结果:与训练前比较,SSC和SAFE总分在训练结束时、训练后3个月和6个月均有显著下降;在以上3个评定时点上,SSC 12个条目中分别有8个、11个和10个条目得分显著下降,SAFE的19个条目中分别有7个、14个和16个条目得分显著下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:应用自行编制的社交技能训练手册对精神分裂症住院患者进行社交技能训练,可提高患者的社交技能和社会适应能力,效果延续至训练后6个月.
