临床专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”模式研究

摘要

临床专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”人才培养模式为专业学位教育与职业认证的衔接提供了新的思路，对于研究生教育由以培养学术型人才为主，向以培养学术型和应用型人才并重的战略转变，具有重大推进效果。通过文献研究，文章介绍了临床专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”人才培养模式出现的背景，总结了“双轨合一”模式的主要内容、在国内开展情况及该模式存在的主要问题。%The" track one" training mode of the clinical postgraduate education and standardized training of residencies provides a new way of thinking for the organic convergence of the professional degree education and professional certification, and has significant propul-sion effect for the postgraduate education fostering academic-oriented talents turning to the postgraduate education fostering both academ-ic and applied talents. Through literature research , this article describes the the background of the mode , and summed up the main content and the carrying case of the mode and the main problem that the mode had in the country.
