艾滋病防控伦理:在原则与境遇之间

According to the differences in ethical issues and ways for behaviors, ethics can be divided into principle ethics and circumstantial ethics, which pay attention to "should be" and "the facts" , universality ami particularity, respectively. The ethics of prevention and controlling of AIDS should combine the principle ethics and circumstantial ethics, and its basic law is to grasp the dialectic relations between "economy" and "power" , absoluteness and relativity of principles.%根据关注道德事项的不同侧重和行为选择的不同方法,伦理学可以分为原则伦理和境遇伦理两种类型,其存在关注“应然”与关注“实然”、普遍性与特殊性的区别.艾滋病防控伦理的合理选择应该是原则与境遇的融通,其根本之法在于把握“经”与“权”、原则的绝对性和相对性的辩证关系.
