基于积极心理学构建和谐医患关系的探讨

摘要

Positive psychology focus on the human advantages, value, the purpose is to form positive and optimistic state of mind and the open - minded and bright personality, improve individual, group and social well - being. Based on positive psychology this paper summarized the ethical problems exist in doctor - patient relationship were: differences in cognition of medical service in doctors and patients, reducing humanistic care, distrusts in doctors and patients. It needs to the departments and personals'ideas, improve humanistic care, change the patient 's ideas and improve the doctor - patient trust to create a harmonious doctor - patient relationship based on positive psychology and to cultivate medical personnel and patients with positive quality, positive emotion and experience.%积极心理学关注的重点是人类的优点、价值,目的在于促使其形成积极乐观的心态和豁达开朗的性格,提高个体、群体、社会的幸福感.基于积极心理学的视角,总结医患关系中存在的主要问题在于:医患双方对医疗服务认识存在差异、医疗中的人文关怀减少、医患双方彼此缺乏信任.运用积极心理学的理论构建和谐医患关系,培养医务人员与患者的积极品质、积极情绪与体验,需要转变科室、个人的工作观念；加强人文关怀的临床应用；转变患者的观念、态度；提升医患之间的信任度.
