浅谈医学人文教育在医院文化建设中的重要性∗

摘要

Since human society entered the 21st century, the rapid development of medical technology also gave birth to a series of negative effects:medical service technology first, trust crisis of the doctor-patient relation-ship, and medical industry money worship. Especially in recent years, due to the lack of humanistic spirit in medi-cal institutions, the doctor -patient relationship is of the worst state in the history. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the medical humanities education in the construction of hospital culture. Aiming at the problems existing in the current medical industry, this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the humanistic education in the construction of hospital culture.%人类社会进入21世纪以来，在医疗技术快速发展的同时也引发了一系列负面效应：医疗服务技术至上、医患关系信任危机、医疗行业拜金主义，特别是近几年由于医疗机构中人文精神的缺失，使医患关系处于不甚和谐的状态。因此，在医院文化建设中加强医学人文教育刻不容缓。针对当前医疗行业存在的问题，阐述了在医院文化建设中加强人文教育的重要性。
