Objective To evaluate the key performance indicator (KPI) system and figure out a related method of quantifying rnand tracking for the improvement in outpatient and emergency service evaluation. Methods Indicators in the service of rnoutpatient and emergency were classified and analyzed in the SMART principle of KPI. Based on that, KPI system for rnmonitoring outpatient and emergency service was constructed and those main influencing factors were also summarized.rnResults KPI evaluation system and Decision Support System (DSS) based KPI monitoring mode were constructed for meeting rndifferent needs of monitoring outpatient and emergency service operation with the results displayed in a multi-level drillrndown form. Conclusion KPI has a strong pertinence and target measurement, the application of which in DSS can not only rnvisually present the key concerned issues of managers, but also provide a reference to managers in terms of operations rnmonitoring, analysis, resource allocation and development of outpatient and emergency service.%目的:探讨门急诊评价KPI体系、量化及跟踪方法,建立基于DSS的门急诊运营KPI监控体系.为提高门急诊管理和人力资源管理提供支持.方法:通过维度分析门急诊指标分类,遵循KPI制订的SMART原则,构建用于门息诊指标监控的KPI体系,并梳理归纳主要影响因素.结果:构建用于不同门急诊指标评价的KPI体系和基于DSS的门急诊运营KPI监控模式,以多级仪表盘钻取的形式将结果进行展示.结论:KPI具有较强的针对性和目标测量性,将其用于DSS服务,不仅能够直观地呈现管理者关注的关键问题,还可以为管理者对门急诊运营过程中的监控和分析.为门急诊资源配置及发展提供建议.
