高能电子束特征分析及其在放射治疗中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To make use of highpower electron beam in radiotherapy.Methods The electron applicator and lead block were used to optimize the performance of highpower electron beam.Results Highpower electron beam had a satisfactory curative effect on superficial lesions such as dermopathy,lymph node in chest wall,internal mammary and neck.Also,it could promote the application of X ray in radiotherapy.Conclusion Highpower electron beam will draw more and more attention for clinical application with the development of medical technologies and linear accelartor.%目的:利用高能电子束特征,发挥其在放射治疗中的作用.方法:通过电子限光筒和铅挡块的配合使用,合理优化高能电子束的性能.结果:高能电子束的正确应用,对表浅病变如皮肤病变、胸壁、内乳淋巴链、颈部表浅淋巴结等疾病有着很好的疗效,并能进一步巩固X线在放射治疗中的重要地位.结论:随着医疗技术和直线加速器的不断发展,高能电子束在临床上的广泛应用越来越受到关注.
