摘要

The efficiency of air medical services and health of the crews,doctors and patients are greatly affected by the thermal environment and noise in the cockpit of the ambulance helicopter.The influences of high temperature and strong noise on the human body and working efficiency are introduced,the development of thermal control and noise reduction in the ambulance helicopters are proposed,and the improvement measures and development trend of the environmental control system in the ambulance helicopters are investigated.%介绍了救护直升机舱室温度和强噪声对人体和作业效率的影响以及温度环境控制和减振降噪技术研究的进展,分析了国内救护直升机舱室温度、噪声控制技术的现状,探讨了环境控制系统的改进措施和发展趋势.
