胸部低剂量CT的应用现状及临床价值

摘要

Objective To introduce the applied situation of the chest low-dose CT(LDCT) and provide referenced basis for reducing X-ray radiation doses in clinical application.Methods Comparative analysis was performed for the scan technique,radiation doses,image quality,diagnosis results between the low-dose CT and the common CT in many studies.Results The CTDI of conventional chest CT was 5.49 to 8.28 mGy,and the one of LDCT was 1.65 to 3.46 mGy,with the dose reduced by 58％ to 70％.Chest LDCT behaved almost the same as the conventional one in the aspects of the displaying of the anatomy and diseased region.Conclusion Chest LDCT is gifted with the reduced radiation dose and almost the same image quality and diagnosis when compared with the conventional one.%目的:介绍胸部低剂量CT的应用现状,为临床应用中降低X线辐射剂量提供参考依据.方法:对比分析诸多文献中胸部常规CT和胸部LDCT的扫描方法、辐射剂量、影像质量与诊断结果.结果:胸部常规扫描CT剂量指数平均为5.49～8.28 mGy,胸部LDCT平均为1.65～3.46 mGy,剂量减少了58％～70％.胸部LDCT与胸部常规CT图像显示组织结构和病变的能力基本或完全一致.结论:胸部低剂量CT能显著降低X线辐射剂量,但图像质量和诊断结果与常规CT扫描之间没有统计学差异.在不影响诊断的条件下,胸部CT选择较低的扫描剂量具有现实的社会意义和经济价值.
