中西医肾脏疾病综合管理系统的研究与设计

摘要

目的:设计一种中西医肾脏疾病综合管理系统,为医生的诊疗和科研提供支持.方法:使用Microsoft公司的VC作为前台开发工具,使用Microsoft SQL server 2000数据库管理系统开发后台数据库,采用无重复节点的树形表分类方法处理中医药学的症、病、证、法、方、药6类元数据.结果:设计了一套能参与诊疗、辅助科研的中西医肾脏疾病综合管理系统.结论:该系统的建立极大地方便了肾脏病科的中西医临床医生开展临床诊疗与科学研究.%Objective To design a comprehensive management system of traditional Chinese and western medicine kidney diseases so as to provide support for the doctor's diagnosis and treatment and scientific research. Methods With VC Language from Microsoft Corporation as the foreground development tool and Microsoft SQL server 2000 to develop the background database, tree-table sorting without overlapped nodes was used to process six kinds of meta data of symptom, disease, syndrome, therapeutic method, recipe and medicine. Results A comprehensive management system of traditional Chinese and western medicine kidney diseases was designed for the diagnosis, treatment and research assistance. Conclusion The system benefits clinical doctors of traditional Chinese and western medicine of kidney department.
