目的:设计并实现门诊运营管理数据采集与分析系统,解决门诊运营管理的信息需求.方法:分析门诊运营管理存在的主要问题,提出系统设计的基本原则,建立系统的基本框架和主要功能,并给出了系统扩展方面的方法.结果:建立了门诊运营管理系统,优化了门诊运营管理的工作模式和管理方式,解决了传统门诊运营方式的局限性.结论:门诊运营管理系统的设计与实现,能有效提高门诊运营管理的工作效率和服务质量.%Objective To design and realize outpatient operation management system for data acquisition and analysis and solve the information needs of outpatient operation management. Methods The main problems of outpatient operation management were analyzed, and the basic principles of system design were put forward. The basic frame and the main function of the system were built, and the system expansion considerations were introduced. Results The outpatient operation management system was established, and the working mode and management mode of the outpatient operation were optimized, and the limitation of traditional outpatient operation was solved.
