中国自然公园环境解说与环境教育现状刍议

         

摘要

Environmental interpretation and environmental education are the core components and forms of products that should not be neglected when talking about natural park management and service, while the study on this aspect in Chinese academic society is still in the initial phase, for lack of public knowledge about its function, value and role. Natural parks face the shortcomings of in-depth study on environmental interpretation, which is blamed for simple and dry content and lack of planning, while environmental education is also in urgent need. Two primary factors that affect the growth and quality of environmental interpretation and education in natural parks are aesthetic value and managerial system. Public aesthetic value on the nature and tourism activities need to keep pace with the times, rather than lingering on "famous mountain" parlance back in farming age as a frame to evaluate natural parks and turning a blind eye to environmental interpretation and education in modem age. While speaking at managerial level, natural parks running as business need specific definition of environmental interpretation and education in clear writing to avoid profit-driven planning and duty-negligence.%环境解说与环境教育是自然公园服务和管理的核心内容,也是自然公园旅游产品的核心构成,但我国自然公园缺乏基于深入研究的环境解说规划,并且内容简单、缺乏系统性,环境解说形式单调,缺乏环境教育活动组织.其主要原因有二:一是国民自然审美观、旅游价值观缺乏更新、进步,还在以农耕时代的"天下名山"为模板来理解自然公园的"美"及其旅游活动的方式和内容,对自然公园旅游中不可或缺的环境解说与环境教育缺乏认识;二是管理体制原因,企业化运行状态下的自然公园,没有相关考核任务,缺乏实施环境解说、环境教育的动力.
