高层建筑用地内开放空地利用状态的调查研究——以福冈市与青岛市为例

Open vacant land of high-rise building and connection of low-rise space of high-rise building with urban open space have received much attention and become a policy of function update in Fukuoka's urban center. In this article, taking open vacant land of high-rise building in Fukuoka as the investigation object, the investigation is carried out on open space type, facilities allocation and landscape elements, and compared with utilization status of open vacant land of high-rise building in Hong Kong East Road and Hong Kong Middle Road of Qingdao. It is analyzed to hold the characters of open vacant land in high-rise building, so as to provide reference for development and utilization of open vacant land of high-rise building in China.%高层建筑用地内开放空地,以及高层建筑低层与城市开放空间的连接日益受到重视,已成为福冈市城市中心机能更新的政策之一.以福冈市高层建筑用地内的开放空地为调查对象,对开放空地的类型、设施配置、修景设施等实态进行了现场调查,同时结合青岛市香港东路、香港中路的高层建筑用地内空地的利用现状进行了对比研究,从而掌握高层建筑用地内开放空地的利用特性,进而为我国高层建筑中开放空地的开发与利用提供参考依据.
