人脑内猪囊尾蚴囊胞的扫描电镜观察

摘要

目的 报告用扫描电镜观察脑内寄生的猪囊尾蚴囊胞超微结构的结果。方法 患者在右颞肌下颅内减压术中取出2个猪囊尾蚴囊胞，将其囊胞制备成扫描样品，在扫描电镜下观察。结果 囊的厚薄不均、表面微毛形态各异，见有分泌口。囊壁横断面有圆形管道。囊内面有分泌颗粒、网状纤维及绒球状宿主细胞。结论 有助于探求其结构与功能的关系，以指导临床药物治疗。%Aim To report the result of ultrastructure observation of thecysticercus cysts in human brain with SEM.Methods Two cysticerci were obtained by cranniectomy under right temporal muscle.The cysts were observed by SEM,after being made into scanning samples.Results The cystic tegument was unequal.Various appearance of the distant end of microtrichia and excretive mouth on the cystic surface were showed.There were many tubes within parenchyma on the cross section.Retiary fibers,excretive articles and host cell with the ball villi were seen on the inner side of the cyst.Conclusions The results will be beneficial to look for the relation of function with structure and to conduct clinical drug treatment for doctor.
