随着分子生物学技术的发展,分子系统学相关技术日臻完善,在物种分类研究中已经取得了很多令人瞩目的 成就,引起越来越多学者的广泛关注.分子分类技术作为一种新的物种鉴定手段,可以弥补传统分类技术的不足,可有效区分近缘种、隐种,并在物种种群进化、起源及亲缘关系的研究中显示出广阔的应用前景.本文综述了吸血蠓的分子分类研究进展,对几个常用标记基因的应用进行了介绍.%With the rapid development of molecular biology , molecular systematics has been developing dramatically , which had made progress in the classification of species and been paid more and more attention . Molecular classification technology represents for a new method to aid in the identification of species , which can not only distinguish the closely related and cryptic species effectively , but also shows broad application prospect in the study of molecular classification technology in terms of population evolution ,origins and phylogenetic relationships of species . In the present paper , the progress on molecular classification of blood-sucking midges were summarized and the application of several commonly marker genes were introduced .
