Objective To compare the operative effect of transvaginal hysterectomy ( TVH ) and transabdominal hysterectomy ( TAH ) of non-prolapsed uterus. Methods Retrospective clinical study was carried out and the clinical data of 112 cases of non-prolapsed uterus with complete return visit records was selected, including 56 cases of TVH and 56 cases of TAH. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization days of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of TVH group and TAH group was 90. 02 -16.1mL and 180. 03-14. 5mL, the postoperative exhaust time of them was 24-5h and 45-11h, and the hospitalization days after operation was 6-1. Id and 9-1. 5d, respectively. The differences between them were significant ( t value was 1.752, 1.934 and 1. 796, respectively, all P < 0. 05 ). The operation time of two groups was 70. 8-15. 0min and 8. 2 - 19. 6min, respectively, and the difference was not significant ( t =0. 536,P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Both TVH and TAH are effective ways to treat uterine benign diseases. Compared with TAH, TVH has advantages of less trauma, less bleeding loss, less interference to abdominal organs, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay and no abdominal scar, so it is worth popularizing.%目的 比较经阴道与经腹施行非脱垂子宫切除术的手术效果.方法 采用回顾性临床研究.抽取复诊记录完整的112例非脱垂子宫切除术临床病例,其中经阴道与经腹各56例,对两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院天数进行比较研究.结果 非脱垂子宫切除术经阴道组于经腹组在术中出血量分别为90.02±16.1mL、180.03±14.5mL(t= 1.752,P<0.05),术后排气时间分别为24±5 h、45±11 h(t=1.934,P<0.05),术后住院天数分别为6±1.1d、9±1.5 d(t=1.796,P <0.05),差异均有显著性;手术时间分别为70.8±15.0 min、8.2±19.6 min,两组差异无显著性(t=0.536,P>0.05).结论 阴式与经腹子宫切除术均是治疗子宫良性疾病的有效方法.与经腹子宫切除术比较,阴式子宫切除术具有创伤小、术中出血少、对腹腔脏器干扰小、康复快、住院时间短、腹壁无瘢痕等优点,值得推广.
