The device has circular plates (7, 13) connected by an axle that is separated into a central male socket (11) and a central female socket (12). A central spring (10) is fixed to the male and female sockets. Springs (9) are fixed to the periphery of the plates. The central spring has spires located in a direction same as those of the springs (9). Plugs of the male socket adopt the shape of cavities of the female socket by providing a small lateral clearance.
