目的 了解2015年海淀街道新生儿出生体重现状,并探讨影响因素.方法 选取2015年海淀街道分娩的891例单胎活产儿,收集母亲人口学资料和孕期信息,采用单因素和有序多分类Ordinal回归统计方法对单胎活产儿出生体重的影响因素进行分析.结果 单因素分析显示,单胎活产儿出生体重在不同性别(F=3.872)、分娩胎次(F=3.304)、分娩孕周(F=132.198)和母亲孕前体质量指数(BMI:t=4.541)间存在统计学差异(均P<0.05).有序多分类Ordinal回归分析显示,新生儿性别(χ2=8.385)、分娩胎次(χ2值分别为9.832、5.252)、分娩孕周(χ2=99.023)和母亲孕前BMI(χ2=3.906)是单胎活产儿出生体重的影响因素(均P<0.05).结论 单胎活产儿出生体重可能与婴儿性别、胎次、孕周和母亲孕前BMI有关,制定有针对性的预防保健措施,可预防低体重儿和巨大儿的出生.%[ Abstact] Objective To study the status of birth weight of newborns at Haidian District in 2015 and to discuss the factors affecting newborn birth weight .Methods Totally 891 singleton live births born at Haidian District in 2015 were selected for analysis , and maternal demographic data and pregnancy information were collected .The influencing factors of birth weight of singleton live births were analyzed with single factor analysis and ordinal multiple classification regression analysis .Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in gender (F=3.872), parity (F=3.304), gestational week (F=132.198) and maternal pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI:t=4.541) among birth weight of single live births ( all P<0.05).Ordinal multiple classification regression analysis revealed that gender (Wald=8.385), parity (χ2 =9.832/5.252), gestational week (χ2 =99.023) and maternal pre-pregnancy BMI (Wald=3.906) were the influencing factors of birth weight of singleton live births (all P<0.05).Conclusion Birth weight of single live births is probably related to gender , parity, gestational week and maternal pre-pregnancy BMI .Formulating targeted preventive measures can reduce the incidence of low birth weight infant and macrosomia .
