Objective To study the influence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on the physical development, glycometabolism and erythropoiesis of offspring during the infancy.Methods The women with GDM who did prenatal check-up in Suzhou Municipal Hospital during 2015were randomly selected as GDM group, and the pregnant women with normal blood glucose at the same period were selected as control group.There were 48cases in both groups.The body weight and length at birth, body weight and length at 12months old, red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (HB), blood glucose, insulin were detected in two groups.Results The birth weight and length of the offspring of the GDM group were higher than those of the control group, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The weight and length of the offspring of the GDM group at 12months old were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant (Fvalue was 10.54and 19.68, respectively, both P<0.01).The level of RBC, HB, blood glucose and insulin in the GDM group were significantly higher than the control group (t value was 6.90, 6.92, 5.10and 4.25, respectively, all P<0.01).Conclusion Physical development of the offspring during infancy is influenced by GDM, and the glycometabolism and erythropoietic are remarkably affected.%目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对子代婴儿期体格发育,以及糖代谢、红细胞生成的影响.方法随机选取2015年1至12月在苏州市立医院产前检查的GDM孕妇作为GDM组,同时选取同期血糖正常的孕妇作为对照组,两组各48例.检测GDM组及对照组子代出生体重身长、12月龄体重身长、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血糖、胰岛素.结果(1)GDM组子代出生体重、出生身长均高于对照组子代,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);(2)两组子代体格发育比较,GDM组12月龄体重、身长均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为10.54、19.68,均P<0.01);(3)GDM组子代12月龄红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血糖、胰岛素高于对照组子代,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为6.90、6.92、5.10、4.25,均P<0.01﹚.结论GDM影响子代婴儿期体格发育,对子代糖代谢、红细胞生成有明显影响.
