血清和胎盘组织TSP-1、Endoglin表达与早发型子痫前期血管生成的相关性

         

摘要

目的 分析妊娠期血清及胎盘组织血小板反应蛋白-1 (TSP-1) 、Endoglin表达与早发型子痫前期血管生成的相关性.方法 选取2016年1月至2017年1月, 在金华市中心医院收治的30例轻度早发型子痫前期患者作为A组, 30例重度早发型子痫前期患者作为B组, 30例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组;检测血中及胎盘组织中TSP-1、Endoglin水平和表达, 并分析两者与早发型子痫前期血管生成的相关性.结果 三组孕妇血清TSP-1、Endoglin水平比较有显著性差异 (F值分别为2.547、2.908, 均P<0.05) .B组血清TSP-1、Endoglin水平均显著高于A组和对照组 (t值分别为2.346、3.758、2.780、3.995, 均P<0.05) , A组上述指标显著高于对照组 (t值分别为2.258、2.863, 均P<0.05) .三组孕妇胎盘组织中TSP-1、Endoglin表达比较有显著性差异 (χ2值分别为24.375、36.733, 均P<0.05) , B组孕妇胎盘组织中TSP-1及Endoglin表达均显著高于A组和对照组 (χ2值分别为5.079、24.093、2.588、31.093, 均P<0.05) , A组上述指标显著高于对照组 (χ2值分别为8.531、17.143, 均P<0.05) .三组孕妇胎盘组织微血管密度计数有显著性差异 (F=5.326, P<0.05) , B组显著低于A组和对照组 (t值分别为2.547、4.765, 均P<0.05) , A组显著低于对照组 (t=3.558, P<0.05) .A组及B组患者血清中、胎盘中TSP-1与Endoglin呈显著正相关 (r=0.641~0.978, 均P<0.05) , 但对照组血清中及胎盘中TSP-1与Endoglin无显著相关性 (r分别为0.243、0.195, 均P>0.05) .A组及B组患者血清中、胎盘组织中TSP-1、Endoglin水平与微血管密度计数均呈显著负相关 (r=-0.598~-0.912, 均P<0.05) , 但对照组血清中及胎盘组织中TSP-1、Endoglin与微血管密度计数均无显著相关性 (r=-0.105~-0.183, 均P>0.05) .结论 早发型子痫前期患者血清及胎盘组织中TSP-1、Endoglin水平增高, 两者与血管生成有密切关系.%Objective To analyze the correlation between the expressions of TSP-1 and Endoglin in serum and placenta tissues and the early onset preeclampsia angiogenesis. Methods Thirty cases of mild early onset preeclampsia treated in Jinhua Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as group A, 30 cases of severe early onset preeclampsia as group B, and 30 normal pregnant women as control group. The levels and the expressions of TSP-1 and Endoglin in blood and placenta tissues were detected, and the correlation between them and preeclampsia angiogenesis was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in serum TSP-1 and Endoglin levels among three groups (F value was 2.547 and 2.908, respectively, both P<0.05). The serum TSP-1 and Endoglin levels in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and the control group (t value was 2.346, 3.758, 2.780 and 3.995, respectively, all P<0.05) , and the above indexes in group A were significantly higher than those in the control group (t value was 2.258 and 2.863, respectively, both P<0.05). There were significant differences in TSP-1 and Endoglin expressions in placental tissues of three groups (χ2 value was 24.375 and 36.733, respectively, both P<0.05). TSP-1 and Endoglin expressions in placental tissues of group B were significantly higher than those in group A and the control group (χ2 value was 5.079, 24.093, 2.588 and 31.093, respectively, all P<0.05) , and the above indexes in group A were significantly higher than those in the control group (χ2 value was 8.531 and 17.143, respectively, both P<0.05). There was significant difference in microvascular density count among three groups (F=5.326, P<0.05). It was significantly lower in group B than in group A and the control group (t value was 2.547 and 4.765, respectively, both P<0.05) , and that in group A was significantly lower than in the control group (t=3.558, P<0.05). There was a significantly positive correlation between TSP-1 and Endoglin in serum and placenta tissues of group A and group B (r value ranged 0.641-0.978, all P<0.05) , but there was no significant correlation between TSP-1 and Endoglin in serum and placenta tissues of the control group (r value was 0.243 and 0.195, respectively, both P>0.05). Levels of TSP1 and Endoglin in serum and placental tissues of patients in group A and group B were negatively correlated with microvascular density count (r value ranged-0.598--0.912, all P<0.05) , while TSP-1 and Endoglin in serum and placental tissues of the control group were not significantly correlated with microvascular density count (r value ranged-0.105--0.183, all P>0.05). Conclusion Early onset preeclampsia angiogenesis is closely related to the increased levels of TSP-1 and Endoglin in the serum and placental tissues of the patients.
